Will responded quickly to any requests e.g. initial quote, visit to discuss requirements, providing information. Will agreed a start date to suit us and arrived on the day and time as agreed. Jack and Dean (who carried out the work on site) were polite and considerate. The job was carried out as per the quote and with the specified materials. I am very happy with end result and would happily use Sussex Logs for any future work.

Highly recommend using Will and his team , they did a brilliant job, very professional, hard working, friendly and tidy. I really appreciated the ease of communication before and during the project. They were attentive to all my requests and always discussed options and progress of the project. They worked diligently right through to the snagging and completion of the job. A very professional company and very pleasant to work with.

I contacted Will regarding a failed retaining wall to rebuild, and fencing that needed replacing. I also needed a set of steps to allow access to a decking platform. I was promptly visited and a reasonable quote provided. Will and Jack arrived on site as scheduled and completed the work to a very high standard, in addition they reused some of the old wooden sleepers to add height to another sleeper wall to avoid waste. Their communication was excellent and they left the job having made sure my garden and a shared driveway were washed down. I highly recommend! Thanks Will and Jack!

Will was very responsive right from the start, coming promptly to give us a quote and answering all our questions. Turned up when he said they would and let us know when the weather prevented them from coming. They were always friendly and polite and did a good job. We are very pleased with the result.
