A straight forward company, replied quickly to my email and the work was completed on the scheduled date. Very able fitter who left everything spotless. Invoice was correct and there were different options for payment. I would definitely use them again.

We are very happy with our new UPVC back and side garage doors. The installation was excellent, a very profesional and friendly service.

Accepted quote as comparable to other companies. Fiiting date agreed in advance, date set, could be anytime from 7.30. Nobody turned up, I contacted the company to be told, staff sick. So despite taking a day off work nothing happened, next offered was 4 days later. I said no return my money as they dead all payment upfront. I requested compensation for loss of earnings and totally ignored 4 days later. Shockingly bad customer service, they take the money and don't care about their customer. My personal opinion is never would I use them again, completely unreliable.

We chose Sussex Glazing Services from four quotations. We were glad we did. Their quote was fair and competitive, delivered in an easy, un-pushy manner (thank you to Jack in sales.) We were very impressed how all of our semi-terraced wooden windows and doors, front and back, were seamlessly replaced with great care and attention to detail. The truly expert fitters, Simon, Robin, Harvey worked tirelessly, cleanly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, many questions were answered with patience, and the faultless work was done with an assured calm.

The 2 guys that came to fit my windows Simon and riley were excellent they called me prior to installation to let me know they were on there way . They were very polite and efficient done a great job were clean and very tidy they had my windows fitted very quick and all the trims were perfect cannot recommend sussex glazing enough a brilliant job well done and would recommend to family and friends well done Phil
