  Great service from Sussex Door Company. We needed an exact match for our old door due to restrictive covenants which they understood. Found us the right door, great communications on installation timetable over the busy Christmas/New Year period. Installation was carried out on schedule. Our installer was super professional and tidied up as he went. Our new front door looks fantastic and is very secure. The £5000 guarantee on the lock was a nice surprise too.

  From start to finish the service has been superb. Communication has been excellent throughout and we are very happy with the final product and the fitting was done very expertly and meticulously. We would highly recommend anybody to use this very professional and friendly company

  Professional, polite, impeccable finish

  Sussex Doors have been phenomenal from start to finish. From initial enquiry, Sam helpfully guided me though the process and even went to extra effort get the finish I wanted for the new door. Quote and fitting appointment were super easy and the install itself was completed to an amazingly high standard. Super polite and helpful installer just made it all the more simple. We couldn’t be happier with our new door! Highly recommend.

  Great service from the quote to the fitting

  I only found this company because I wanted a Palladio door and they are an approved installer but I'm so glad I did. They provided clear and accurate quotes, the door was delivered on schedule and the fitter did a fantastic job and left no damage or mess. All the door certificates were emailed promptly too. We're so happy with our door, and we are going to need some windows replaced on a few years and I wouldn't hesitate to use Sussex Door Company again.

  Fabulous door

  Sussex Door Company were really helpful and professional at every level, from the sales team, to the survey and finally to the door fitting. I changed my mind n a couple of designs things along the way which was not a problem. The company communicated very efficiently through the mail or direct calls. The team were very friendly and helpful. The timeframes outlined for survey, to get rearing the door and on to installation, were all accurate. Most importantly the door looks great.
