Sussex Building Services are a fantastic company, we would highly recommend them. Great quality, knowledgable professional builders, who were courteous, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Stuart and Doug came to the rescue of a poorly half-finished extension to our house that had been abandoned by our previous builders. They were excellent problem solvers, extremely hardworking, and inspired confidence and trust in everything they did. An extremely dirty job involving tearing down lathe and plaster ceilings on two floors. The guys went out of their way to ensure the work was done as efficiently as possible, while making sure that the dirt and dust was contained so that we could still live in the remainder of the house. I've used SBS for over 12 years on a number of jobs in our 170+ year old house, and would highly recommend Stuart and his team.

Stuart and his excellent team at Sussex Building Services knocked down a wall between 2 rooms to create what is now a lovely space to use. Encountering problems left by previous builder they were very conscientious in finding solutions & rectifying the previous poor job. Conversion of the integral garage spaces was carefully done and at their suggestion it is now all properly insulated. We had additional plastering in the house and all excellent. Stuart is very reliable & straightforward to deal with, very transparent re pricing & all the team were an absolute pleasure to have around!

Stuart, the owner, is transparent, reliable, always answers his phone and finished the job on time. Since the works were completed eight months ago, he has continued to return for snagging and to bring back third party tradespeople where appropriate. Luke was site foreman - always courteous, excellent source of ideas and wisdom, and took every detail of his work very seriously. This is the second time in 10y we've trusted the refurbishment of a family home to SBS, and would return again.

Sussex building service priced the work and delivered a finish project on time and in budget. I would highly recommend this company...!
