Mike & the team were very prompt to reply to my initial request for advice & a quote .. which was informative & trustworthy.. The work started a couple of weeks later and was completed in the time frame to a very high standard - and at all times I was kept in the loop with what was happening.. Mike's communication was great - polite, professional and proactive. He was super helpful in diagnosing the issue, and gave us good advice.

Arrived promptly, showed me what they were going to do, did it, and showed me the result: water flowing freely from gutters into downpipe, and down the drains. Shall use them again

Mike gave me a quote. He turned up on time to do the job. He had a good look, and told me what he would do. He did it all, and then explained what he had done, including some extra fixings and replacing of dodgy parts. He poured water through the pipes to show all was clear. He also sealed some cracks that might account for a leak in the bathroom from the chimney above. He did the extras at no additional charge. I shall be happy if he takes on further necessary work for me.

I’ve used Mike a couple of times, most recently for a chimney repointing and replacing around a dozen tiles on my roof. I always find Mike very trustworthy, polite and efficient. He also went out of his way to find matching tiles for my listed property which was really appreciated
