Mike and his mate were polite, tidy and efficient. Mike's quote was not the lowest that I obtained, but it was very detailed. He was clearly a competent professional right from the start, and keen to get the job (replace gutters and clean uPVC goods). Communication was good, by email and SMS as appropriate. All the work was completed to the expected standard and the garden left clean and tidy. 100% recommended.

Work done nicely and good explanation. Only thing I didn’t like was that I was being chased for payment the same day despite informing him I will be making payment. It felt like to me that he thought I wouldn’t pay and that was off putting as a customer.

Really professional service with good communication throughout. Responded to my initial enquiry for a gutter replacement promptly, returned on the agreed date and worked efficiently. I’m very pleased with the job and likely to ask them to do further work in the future.

Excellent service - fast competitive quote, and work carried out quickly and efficiently. Guttering checked to ensure watertight before job completed. Other potential issue identified, but advised to keep an eye on it as repair not needed immediately (so no hard sell for other work). Will contact them first for any other future roofing or guttering work.
