Richard gave me a very competitive quote for the work to repair my listed building tiled roof. Some tiles had come loose in the storm. The gutter too needed cleaning. Richard has a cherry picker and was able to access the roof to make the repair and clean out the gutter. He came within a couple of days of the quote and efficiently completed the job without any fuss or extra charges. I am delighted with this company and will definitely contact them again (I have been ripped off twice before by other roofers) Richard expressed an interest in old buildings and has much experience in renovation.

Richard found the time in his busy schedule to respond to a variety of jobs, having provided timely and reasonable estimates. He took trouble to explain and discuss options and also to spot and resolve additional issues. His use of a cherry-picker obviates the need for expensive scaffolding for many types of external works. After a chat he cracks on and gets the job done to a good standard. We have much appreciated this as well as his genial good nature and can recommend fully him.

A very weird intermittent roof leak that took a bit of troubleshooting, Richard was happy to take this on even though it was fiddly and he was flat out. Others either didn't come back or wanted to charge 10x as much! Very happy, thanks.

Although very busy and so a delay in getting a fixed date to come, I always felt sure that they would arrive and the job would be done well which it was and it has been tested with plenty of rain fall. It was a small and quite complicated job and carried out thoughtfully. A small scaffolding rig was required and had the job been higher they also have a cherry picker to avoid a high tower and the expense. I had seen them working on another building which made me ask them to do my job. I am very pleased and they were a pleasure to have around
