Kieran and Nathan turned up at the time and date arranged, kept us fully advised and Just cracked on and got the work done. Somewhat complicated by 2 sets of steps meaning all of the materials needed to be transferred by hand. Nothing fazed them and I now have a shed base to build upon and fill!!

Surrounding Counties came into a difficult situation, requiring the rectification of previous work on our patio. They provided a full, transparent quote for the work, and were constructive in approaches. During the course of the work, there were additional complications: these were promptly and transparently raised and resolved. The work was completed as per our communications, to a very high standard and we are delighted with the end result. A small number of minor snags following the work were promptly rectified at no cost. Finally, the team were friendly and professional at all times.

We recently hired Surrounding Counties for a garden design, landscaping and planting project and we couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with the results. From start to finish, the Surrounding Counties team were professional, creative, imaginative and their attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Nathan and Kieran took time with us at our home to understand what we needed and wanted from the garden (they also paid attention to what we didn’t want!). Working closely with us to understand our vision.

Having had Nathan and his team design and create our garden last year (they turned a clay-and-rubble new-build wilderness into a welcoming and easy-to-care-for space), we recommended them to our daughter and son-in-law. Their elegantly refurbished garden gave us pergola-envy and we have just commissioned the team to build us a small pergola at the back of our garden. It has really changed the feel of the space, giving even more interest and possibilities for climbing plants and fairy lights - in time for Christmas. Lovely!
