James and the team came yesterday and did a fantastic job of pruning olive trees and silver birches as well as removing two trees and planting another. They were a pleasure to have around and the clean up was absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend.

Overall satisfied but a few small issues. They did an excellent job constructing our new fence, plus some repairs to existing. They worked quickly and were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. A different team painted the fence and whilst they got the job done to a good standard, there was just generally less care taken (worked alot slower with long breaks, got some paint splatters on the house, didn't leave things tidy etc.) if it were the 1st team, I'd 100% recommend and come back to them again

I hired this tree surgeon company expecting professional service, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The tree work itself was poorly executed — the job felt rushed and lacked the care and precision I would expect from specialists. To make matters worse, their aftercare service was minimal at best, and they didn’t even let me know they had completed the work. My keys where just posted through the letter box. The fence work was substandard, and they did not use treated wood for the gate post, which caused issues.

Excellent service from James and his team. Tree and hedges cut down. Very polite guys cleared everything away. Would definitely recommend 👍

When James came, we knew he knew his stuff, describing all the names of the plants and trees in the garden; giving a comprehensive but reasonable suggestion for the work needed. We received an estimate we were happy with. Communication was excellent via email from Tina throughout. We were even offered an earlier date for the work to be started which was great. Jordan his and team arrived punctually and worked solidly, felling a large tree, pruning and stump grinding. When a difficulty was encountered, they found a solution. Polite, friendly, tidy, and efficient. Will definitely use them again.
