Consumer unit replacement + EICR inspection and certificate

First time of using Checkatrade so no prior understanding of the process. Placed a job Saturday evening and Pratorius Electric Services Ltd sent a WhatsApp message on the Sunday. Saw it next morning and by 07:30 had exchanged a dozen or so messages / details of the job / photos etc. Full written quote had also arrived by email by that time as well. Not enough space here to post the whole review I wrote however overall First Class service every step of the way. As other reviewers have said it was a breath of fresh air to deal with this company. I can’t rate them highly enough.

This is my second time using Billy and have been very happy with the professional service provided on both occasions. He takes the time to explain the options and cost. The jobs were completed as agreed, on time, on price and with minimal cleanup. Billy is passionate about what he does and takes pride in the service he provides. Highly recommended.
