We had a Sky dish LNB changed and extra cable run. Andy is courteous, helpful, very knowledgeable, works efficiently and leaves things tidy afterwards. Andy arrived in the 1 hour time slot he advised a few days earlier. This was very important to me since I work from home and rely on punctuality to fit in meetings.
