10 Straight up membrane, battens and slate replacement

Max and his team were on time, courteous, professional and communicated exceptionally well. As with all building work, we succumb to hiccups and Max was more than open with the issues we unravelled. He followed up messages with photos and videos to show the extent of our damaged rafters and I trusted his advice on each occasion. Even the neighbours commented on their work and clean up each day. The workmanship is very, very good. He asked me how I felt about the finish to which I replied, how do you feel about it and you could see how proud he was in his response of 'exceptionally happy'.Verified reviewerJob location: CF510 Fixing a leaking skylight - window has shifted and Max sorted the issue immediately.

Everything was done promptly and efficiently from getting the quote through without an hour of Max's visit to completion of the works soon after. Clear communication, good availability, worked full days to get the job done, cleaned up properly afterwards. No complaints.
