I had to contact Surrey Plumbing Services following a malfunctioning toilet. Initial contact with them was very responsive, as was the follow up call-out which was very punctual and they got everything working again quickly, much to my family’s “relief.” It’s the sort of competence that turns a stressful household problem into a story with a happy ending. In short, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We initially wanted our bath mixer tap replaced and new shower screen fitted. Because of the terrible way our bath had been installed by a previous plumber, Jordan was unable to fit a new tap without taking out the bath and surrounding tiles completely. We decided against this but asked Jordan to install a new shower screen. This he did perfectly . He was efficient , helpful and always arrived on time. I would recommend Neil and Jordan to anyone and will certainly use them again. Exactly what you need from a plumber.

Neil has done a superb job for us, he is reliable, timely and cleans up after himself. Could not be happier with his workmanship. The cost invovled was reasonable and very fair. No doubt I will be using him again ! A****** Many thanks Neil.
