Called directly to book an viewing for quote. Failed to turn up. Booked on checkatrade for another quote and no reply. Text them again and no reply. Seems they don't want the work, but mostly they have a disappointing customer service. I'd prefer them just to say they are busy than just ignore all messages. Plenty of other trades men who will want the work.
