Rob was highly recommended & came with a wealth of experience. He's removed curtain rails, large heavy wall items, made good on plaster boards & planed oak doors; has an eye for detail & a clear & constructive view of finding solutions to niggly and not so niggly household repairs. I asked him if he could assist with our decking which had rotted steps & he has very swiftly & professionally replaced the supports & fitted new boards completely transforming it. He's really great; reliable, works diligently & hard & hopefully will continue with our painting & decorating & other jobs too.

Having just moved into a house that had not been well maintained in recent years, Rob's variety of skills have been invaluable. He's cleared a blocked downpipe, removed an out of date sattelite dish, made good holes in the plasterboard, painted walls and woodwork, put up shelves and changed light fittings. All done to an excellent standard. He leaves everything neat and tidy and has an organised approach. Highly recommended.

Rob arrived on time and did a nice job sweeping the moss off 4 flat roof areas and tidying up afterwards. He was courteous and efficient and I will definitely look to contact him again for other property-related jobs.

We couldn't have been happier with the work carried out by Surrey Hills Property Services. One job involved repairing damage caused by a leak to window and this was completed to a very high standard. It now looks as good as new. Everything else was done efficiently and professionally. Communication was excellent and Rob was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this business.
