  Surrey General Builders recently completed an incredible loft conversion for our home in Claygate. Not only that, Dean personally supervised and project managed a stunning 1,000 square foot rear extension, which features a bespoke designed kitchen by Thomas James. The entire project was delivered under the expert guidance of Dean and Luan from Surrey General Builders, whose attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. First class company. Lee Pendleton They also oversaw a full landscape garden renovation, ensuring the entire property flowed beautifully from inside to out.

  Loft extension

  We would highly recommend Surrey Builders. The quote we received was very competitive - with everything itemised, so there were no hidden costs. Both Luan and Dean were easy to work, and very helpful when we needed to make amendments to our build. The building work was done to a high standard and we were very happy with the finish. There was very little snagging at the end of the job which we were very happy with. We will be using them again in the future for our first floor extension.

  Loft conversion

  I can factually say that SGB rank number one on my list of recommendations. These guys continue to amaze me with their utter brilliance. Off the bat these chaps where genuine, positive, realistic. No project comes without issues, it is how they dealt with is the key. Every step of the way we worked together to get the project to where it needed to be, I know I can be a demanding client, but they always showed trued flexibility and professionalism.   Bathroom fitting

  New underfloor heating system and complete new fittings. Including wall and floor tiling. Attention to detail throughout and good professional advice.
