I gave Ricky a call on Saturday as our backdoor lock had broken and we couldn't open the door. Ricky booked us in for Monday and arrived on time and quickly managed to open the door, he then took the broken gear mechanism away to be fixed and was back with the door fixed and working in about an hour and a half. Very impressed with Ricky's skill and workmanship and can't recommend him enough.

Ricky was an absolute pleasure to deal with, his communication is clear and prompt and we were super impressed with the quality of the installation, there was not a speck of mess left behind. Ricky took the time to really listen to what we wanted and the job was done to perfection. I would highly recommend.

Called Ricky on a Friday as French door full length glass was smashed (inner panel). He came next day to measure up as well as adjust the door as there was a large gap when closed. He had the glass by the Wednesday and all fitted by Thursday. He even cleaned the glass on the other door after fitting! Can't rate him highly enough.

Ricky came at short notice and repaired the patio doors. He took time to understand the issue and then set to work and seemed to give every part of the door mechanisms a full service and solved the issue of the draft! The doors are now closing and working perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for your experience and excellent workmanship today - honestly very much appreciated given the current cold weather!!

I was very happy with the service he provided; he was pleasant, professional and friendly. The price was good. He was tidy and considerate. My new windows look amazing and I would definitely recommend him.
