Danielle and team did a great job of getting our new home ready. They were hard-working, professional and friendly, and helped me navigate the heating system so we could dry the carpets after cleaning (tip: we weren't familiar with it having just completed, but you will need to know how to do this). When the carpet cleaning machine malfunctioned, they got it repaired quickly and managed to fit us in the next day to finish the job, working around our busy schedule. We have used Surrey Cleaners for 3 end of tenancy cleans. Each time they have gone above and beyond to ensure we have the house looking as pristine as the day it was built - full deposit return every time, even for the tricky landlords.
