I emailed about an end of tenancy clean. They responded, answered my questions & gave me a quote. I was happy so far.
I then asked them via email about a static caravan clean, as at the time I was potentially going to move into one. Utter silence.
I followed up. Twice. No response.
I then made a formal complaint. They responded and said they must have "some how missed" my caravan emails. I re-sent them. No response.
If they didn't want to do a caravan clean, they just had to say, but ghosting me is unacceptable. They've now lost two jobs & got a bad review instead. Disgraceful behaviour

I explained to this customer that I had some unexpected family commitments that needed me to be away from work, hence the slow/lack of replying. We are a small company, with myself being on the road everyday working, and dealing with all admin tasks for the business as well as a family. When an emergency happens, naturally work will take a back seat, and replying to jobs can be slow. I have apologiesed to the customer directly, as this may be frustrating on there part, but unfortunately this time it was out my hands. I have not had a reply from the cutomer.
