I called for repair and within 24hr’s the engineer arrived, communication was excellent and easy, sympathetic to my plight. When the engineer arrived he was polite. Professional, clearly understood my appliance and knowledgeable. Clear on costing for parts and was happy to come back out it the same issue occurred without any extra call out charge. Overall fabulous service. Highly recommend and will be using again.
