They were responsive and they turned up when they said they would, after giving me a bit of notice. They were honest with me: nothing's actually wrong with my oven, there is no need to replace anything. They were cheaper than the other traders who quoted me too. I'll use them again when my oven is actually broken!

An engineer from Surrey Appliances attended to fix my oven issue but unfortunately, within 5 minutes of arriving, the engineer identified the issue as electrical and told me he couldn't fix it. I then had to pay for the visit and the engineer advised me to contact an electrician to fix it. This was disappointing as it seemed to be a common electrical fault and they could advise from the start whether they could cover it.

I filled in the form on Checkatrade and within minutes I received 2 quotes. I went with Surrey Appliances as theirs was the cheapest and am 100% satisfied with their service. I was booked for the repair visit for 2 days later, the engineer called me 15 minutes before arrival, which is great customer support! He was thorough, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing and now my Miele dishwasher is in perfect working order. Cannot recommend Surrey Appliances highly enough, first class service.
