I asked Surrey to come and have a look for a potential repair to my mums oven. They came on time, gave honest feedback and quoted for the parts. As it was old and not very economical to repair the suggested a replacement oven. Their price was decent. It was delivered to them and they came to install. The only niggle was we were due to have an installation and the engineer got busy and didn't show. The office were great and promptly rearranged and they tagged us on to the end of the day. Both gentlemen were quick and professional. I would 100% reccomend

Communication could be better, they replaced the electric grill but could not locate part for oven. They were good

Came when they said they would. Completed the work. Polite and courteous.

My washing machine stopped spinning but was still washing. The engineer came, spun the drum once, said it was gone and not worth fixing, then quickly charged £65 and said he'll send quotes for a new one. I asked him to try the belt (a £10 fix), but he dismissed it, saying it would fall off. I asked for quotes for a new machine - they sent overpriced ones and stopped replying when I found cheaper options and asked for something in that region. Disappointing, especially given their good reviews. I expected a more helpful service.
