Ryan & Zak removed the tired outdated bathroom and wc and replaced them with 2 beautiful and fit for purpose rooms. In addition they upgraded the smelly trickle that was the water delivery in my home to a sparkling and instant supply. When obstacles arose their expertise meant creative solutions were discussed with me and progressed. They were reliable and very diligent in carrying out the work in quite cramped conditions. I appreciated their consideration for me, an octogenarian living alone, throughout the 13 days it took. I am pleased I chose them and certainly recommend them Thanks guys

From start to finish Zak and Ryan were professional, friendly and more importantly for me - perfectionists. They kept me informed at every stage, and were mindful of the vision I had for the en-suite renovation. Zak did a fab job of the design - I’m over the moon with the end result! They were so tidy and respectful of my place. So glad I decided on these guys - worth every bit! Great communication throughout. We hit a few snags given the age of the property, but the guys dealt with all of it and went the extra mile to sort it. Absolutely delighted with my ensuite!

Have just had great experience with Zak & Ryan @ Surrey & Sussex Bathrooms. The bathroom transpired to have a significant, unexpected structural issue. Zak’s communication was great throughout, sending me videos of extent of damage and keeping me appraised of costs. He was exceptionally patient, kind and helpful during a stressful time, and provided different options / suggestions to help with the unexpected costs. The finished result looks absolutely amazing! Really professional work. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Zak was really quick to respond to the job request. On the quotation visit he explained the process thoroughly. Zak then sourced all of the fittings/ bathroom furniture double checking I was happy with the appearances and the cost. If I wasn’t 100% happy he offered other options. He took on board exactly what I wanted. Ryan and Zak were very reliable, communicated daily on progress and the many surprises the job provided. Giving multiple solutions. They were adaptable and kind enough to deal with some other plumbing issues they came across. They have created a stunning bathroom, I am delighted
