James responded very quickly following our initial enquiry and arrived promptly to carry out a thorough inspection. He carefully explained his recommendations and talked us through the available options clearly and professionally. It was obvious from the outset that he leads his team very well and takes real pride in delivering high standards of work. Hannah also provided excellent communication throughout.
