I paid £280 to replace an electric shower, it was all good to start with … very quick to do the job and all was well. Left a great review and then 2 weeks later the shower was broken again. These jokers tried to tell me ‘the problem isn’t the shower, it’s your tenants leaving it running for over an hour each time’ my tenant being my life long mate that has rented my spare room for over 2 years and uses the shower 3 or 4 times a week for 5 mins at a time. So the shower is broken and now these clowns want to charge me another £280 to fix it - again. Avoid these people. This site is awful.

The booking was very easy and the tradesman arrived at the agreed time, he explained the problem and gave me two choices of how to fix it. The repair was made very quickly and everything was left in excellent condition.
