Richard was so helpful throughout the job. Excellent problem solver, Kept in contact the whole time. Organised the scaffolding and skip and was really easy to work with. Explained everything in a non patronising manner. I'm happy with the end result. Really sound lads. Highly recommend.

Repointing groundfloor bay window

Anthony provided great communication from start to finish, kept in touch about when they would be arriving and were very pleasant. The quote was fair and reasonable and they responded within a week from quote request to the job being done. The pointing looks very neat and tidy and I was particularly impressed with how tidy and dust-free my windows and drive were left. I would not hesitate to use Surepoint in the future and would happily recommend them - the whole process was delightfully straightforward.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Came promptly to provide a quote friendly and excellent advice. Completed the work and left the area clean and tidy on both days. Would recommend and definitely use Richard for more work.

Repointing of stone wall

Quick and competitive quote. Arranged scaffolding, got the repointing finished in a day and all looks much better now with peace of mind. Also fixed up the yard wall which had some loose stones which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned up what he could and let me know to get in touch if any issues arose. Easy communication and kept up to date with any issues. Thanks very much, Richard! :)
