He gave us a quote on Thursday and then by Friday he was fixing our toilet. He was very helpful and gave us 2 options to to fix the problem one more expensive then the other but not by much. We went for the cheaper option at £125 but an unexpected part was needed so he just charged for that extra making it £150. Our toilet now is like new with no movement or smells. Thanks Simon

Great experience from start to finish. Simon replied quickly to my request for a quote. After listening to my requirements, he provided me with a fair and competetive quote. When he arrived to carry out the work, he was courteous, friendly, polite and professional. He was considerate of the Environment, ensuring floors were covered and cleaning as he went. Simon worked hard and consistently to ensure the work was carried out to an exceptional standard. Once work was completed Simon demonstrated how to work the system. Ensuring we fully understood it. He then did a final safety check .
