Ravi, was prompt & informative, regards my friends central heating problems and diagnosed the actual problem, rather than what British Gas & other companies did. Trustworthy and a likeable person, that works on a basis of elimination, rather than saying something you don’t need !

This is my second service with Ravi, he is such a lovely man, excellent communication from booking time, time keeping and overall great personality that is needed when you have someone coming into your home. He knows his job and explains what is needed doing and what he will be doing, he explained some features on our boiler that we had no clue where there were. His job is tidy and cleaned up after finishing. l definately, highly recommend him anytime. Thanks again, see you next time!
