Very polite and helpful. Needed a boiler service at quite short notice for house sale and he booked us in quickly at a reasonable price. Was also happy to provide advice for future projects and give his recommendations/advice for other heating systems. How refreshing to find a conscientious and reliable engineer who took great care in the removal of the old system and installing the new one. The work was undertaken promptly with the minimum amount of disturbance. The house has subsequently never been so warm ! I subsequently put our Churchwarden in contact with him to service the Church boiler which he has effectively now done managing to save the Church unnecessary expenditure.
