Jessy was exceptional in his communication and explanation of the job when he came to quote. He was very punctual, in fact early on both occasions which was great. The job he carried out was explained to me thoroughly and looks fantastic. And only a couple of days later as I write the review we've had rain and the leak is no more ! Jessy contacted me very quickly after I requested quotes for putting a new chimney cowling on a house we had recently moved into. He came round promptly and called to do the job in just a couple of days.
