Rob and Dan recently installed our Bathroom. They were totally professional, reliable & trustworthy to have in our home., They spent time guiding us through choices of tiles, sanitary ware and flooring, they also went above and beyond in addressing a few additional minor plumbing issues that we had. Rob and Dan have worked for me before, and are helpful and careful in the work they do. They are good at getting to the root cause of a problem, and I would highly recommend them. They put themselves out to be able to fix a small but potentially quite annoying problem, and I was very pleased with the result.

I work in escalated complaints at John Lewis. We had a venerable customer who had a leak as a result of a Install issue. I called Rob and he was amazing. He arranged to go out to the customer that Afternoon and the customer was so pleased with the work carried out. Thank you
