Taz and his team were extremely polite, courteous and kind. The communication was top notch and all work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. We had a complete bathroom renovation, with it going from a completely unusable bathroom in complete disrepair, to a beautiful bathroom that makes me smile every time I see it. They changed my radiators, and dealt with all the plumbing issues that came with it being an old house. Taz put new doors up for us on all 3 of the bedrooms and the bathroom, he did such a good job that we also asked him to put up some acoustic panels in our bedroom

Excellent service provided by SureFix to fix an interior doorframe. The job involved carpentry, filling, sanding & painting. Taz was extremely helpful and accommodating. The team were skilled, helpful and considerate. The workmanship was of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company for any jobs of this kind.

Solomon gave me one of the best hassle-free trade experiences I've had. Our initial consult was quickly done over text. He communicated when he was able to come even earlier than our initially booked time, which was lovely. During the job, he communicated clearly the problems he found, the fixes needed, how long he'd be sorting parts, and then provided extra insight to confirm everything new was installed correctly and watertight. I have every confidence in the work undertaken, and it was so easy.

I had a toilet leak and SUREFIX MAINTENANCE answered quickly even though it was late into the evening. I was booked for the next day in the morning and the leak was fixed without any issues afterwards.

I engaged Surefix to install a washing machine + dishwasher. Booking was efficient and provided multiple slots to choose from. Unfortunately the engineer was delayed, and I only received notice of this at the time they should have arrived. They kept me updated on their ETA but the central communication about this could have been better. The engineer courteous and came prepared with a potential missing part and having read the details of the job which I greatly appreciated. They worked quickly and went above and beyond to explain the next set up steps. Would us again.
