Our overall experience with Surbiton Glass has been quite positive, up until the office manager unexpectedly altered the payment terms on the 1st day of installation. It’s rather hard to comprehend why they would do this, especially when we have a clear agreement in place. Nonetheless, apart from this hiccup, the rest of the service has been commendable. I'm delighted with my new windows and doors. The guys from Surbiton glass did a fantastic job under difficult circumstances - an old house with ctumbly bits and they made everything good, went over and above, were always clean and polite. Very impressed by how organised they were; the office always got back to me promptly on my many queries during the planning stage and the price was reasonable.

I had glass replaced in 4 pvc tilt and turn windows and 1 door. I got a few quotes and SG where priced about right once efficiency ratings taken into account. They were patient with my questions, quick to respond and professional at all times. Would use again and recommend.
