  Andy was brilliant, our Victorian pine floors were in a very bad state but now look beautiful. The work included a lot of bitumen removal, sourcing and fitting recovered boards over old fireplace hearths as well as a lot of repairs. If we had another floor to sand I would get Andy to do that one too!

  Andrew resanded, repaired and varnished the parquet flooring in our lounge, dining room and hallway. He did an excellent job and took great care. A fabulous job and the floors look like new.

  Sanding of parquet flooring

  The communication was OK, if brief. The initial quote felt rushed with not much detail in terms of what needs to be done and or the products to be used, so no choice in what the products would be. There were a couple of odd interactions during the week that it took to complete the job. When prompted for a care guide 3 times, we are still to receive it. Having looked around, there are scuff marks on the skirting boards from the sander but the job was not checked over before he left as this was also fairly abrupt. The house was kept tidy after each day and turned up on time. OK not great.
