AMAZING. Nathan was absolutely amazing polite & courteous & carried out the service to my amazement he was clean & tidy . He had up to date electric brushes a proper shield stove cover to stop soot going everywhere. I dreaded my usual chimney sweeper as he made such a mess. I mean there was clouds of soot in the air & soot all over my house. Used hand brushes & bed sheet with holes to stop soot! Whereas Super Sweep was £15 cheaper & competent in doing the job & he provided me with a Hetas certificate! Definately booking in next year. One happy customer right here. Big smile thanks 😊

Nathan arrived on the day and time arranged. He was polite and knowledgeable. Advised on the exterior work that would need doing to my chimney and installing a carbon monoxide detector. Nathan was very meticulous with keeping soot off the carpets and surrounding areas. He tidied as he went and disposed of all debris from inside. Very pleasant chap. Highly recommend.

Nathan came as soon as he could when we called to say we'd had a pigeon down the chimney which was still up there somewhere. I assumed it had expired but Nathan thought it would be OK and very carefully put the brush up and gently got it back up to the top, where it rapidly flew off. I would not have believed it could be done. He then did a routine sweep very efficiently and left all clean and tidy, and recommended fitting a guard to the chimney pot. Many thanks, Nathan.
