Having seen this company work at a neighbours house I requested an estimate. The proposed work was fully explained to me and the estimate received quickly. The work had to be delayed due to frost but was then carried out promptly. The job was completed in a day, with all moss removed, the roof looking new and all debris swept and cleared away. There was great attention to detail and iny view there was pride in their work. I highly recommend this company.

The team did an excellent job clearing the gutters, they also gave some advice to reach out to our neighbours as they own the downpipe which is currently blocked. They arrived on time and were both very courteous. We will definitely be using them again for more jobs.

A great job by Rob and Callum from Exterior Superior. They worked tirelessly, were informative and considerate, and cleaned everything up at the end of the roof cleaning, including windows, paths and patio. It is also reassuring to know that, if there are any problems going forward, they will return to rectify matters. All in all, a good experience and we would recommend Exterior Superior.

We were initially pleased with this work as the roof looked very clean and it appeared that everything had been cleared up. However, when it next rained heavily rain continued to cascade over the tops of the gutters and it became apparent that the downpipes were blocked. We then spent the coming weeks finding large piles of moss hidden around the garden – the quote had said “Remove moss from surface by steam cleaning, clear gutters and dispose of waste.” plus if we did need to dispose of the moss ourselves it would have been much easier if left in one place.

Halfway through job Rob confirmed downpipes weren’t included (2 tradesmen round to quote for Rob’s remaining work agreed this is unreasonable and would always be included in replacement of gutters quote) and certain parts of the fascias could not be clad and would have to be painted. Invoiced while I was away so stupidly paid without checking work first – some small areas remain outstanding 2 weeks later (Rob said he would complete these with the next job but had not let me know anything was outstanding when he sent the invoice). Pile of rubbish also remains on driveway 2 weeks later.
