The owner was quick to respond and change misted double glazed unit. Second part of job replace ultra frame one panel in roof. This was done June 2022, for various reason I had not viewed the new panel which is 2/3inches to long until recently. The bottom bar is splitting having been forced to fit- end cap will not fit. I have tried contacting the owner who ignores emails. This company is a big disappointment.

Fantastic job! Replaced hinges to an upstairs window that wouldn’t close properly. Would highly recommend.

Craig and his son replaced a bathroom window, kitchen window and door, and installed a lounge window and French doors. The work is fantastic. The doors and windows look great, are finished well and Craig went the extra mile to make good issues created by the old frames. Craig is extremely reasonable for such a good quality finish. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I found Craig on Facebook and called him for fixing leak in our conservatory roof. He and his son turned up in the agreed time frame and fixed the leak fairly quick. Now it’s been over a year, the fixed roof still fine after storm, rain, hailstones and wind. Thanks Craig and Craig junior! We paid a small price only a fraction of the cost of roof replacement with quick and great service, would recommend Craig’s Super-Glaze to anyone!

Craig, responded quickly to my request to replace a window pane that suffered a pressure crack. When the replacement glass arrived he came in and was able to quickly replace the pane with little problem, despite the window being a bit different to usual. He did a great job.
