I had rats and could hear them in the ceiling, walls and under the floor. It completely freaked me out. Aaron come round and really put my mind at rest, saying there will only be 4-6 and they will be the same ones running around the house. He found where they were coming in and put poison and traps in. He took 2 dead ones away on the 2nd visit and reset the traps and put more poison down. Once the rats had gone, Arek dug out earth in the drain, cemented up a hole and capped off a disused pipe. Excellent service. Thank you so much guys. Will get you back in the summer for the annual ant problem
