Awful. Sunny is keen to get the business and assure you that he can do the work in the timeframe. Unfortunately, he let us down with confirmed date. We paid to have the carpets disposed and he put them in the council bill which we are now being charged for to empty. He left the flat dirty, didn’t hoover up the mess, marked the wall and left the toilet unclean. All of this caused us undue stress. We had to delay the new tenants arrival as he didn’t keep to his confirmed start date and have had to apologise for the mess. Not recommended.
Response from Sunny's Carpets & Flooring
I had given quote based on the information that was given however when I had got to the property to fit the carpet I had found that there was alot more work to be done as not only concrete floors but also the flat had curved walls which meant alot more work envolved such as sticking down the gripper and then very time consuming fitting carpet as the walls were curved where the wall meets the floor. As for rubish being thrown in council bin that had been someone that was working for me whom through the rubish in bin and has not worked for me since also I went back and collected rubish out ofbin
