We recently worked with Sunnybuild on a side dormer extension. They stuck to the budget to the £, stuck to the timeline set out at the start, were communicative, flexible and all the tradespeople who came on site as part of the build were courteous and highly skilled. Thoroughly recommend Sunnybuild.

We would hugely recommend Sunny Build. They did an excellent job on our side return. Saulius is great to deal with. He listens, doesn't make you feel like an idiot, and holds his teams to a higher-standard than in many cases we would have. He was also very clear and straightforward with payments which was a refreshing element of this job. We are hoping to use Sunny Build again and have been recommending them to our friends.

We have just had a loft conversion with Sunny Build and had a truly excellent experience with them. The entire team is hardworking, courteous and punctual - they turned up every day on the dot at 8am working through to 5pm, and the quality of the work is excellent. Saulius has worked with his team for many years, so they all know each other, and it was a seamless progression of one skilled tradesman following the other - no huge gaps waiting for builders to come back or daily fear of whether someone would turn up. This team is utterly reliable and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Having been extremely pleased with the work that Sunny Build did on our loft conversion, we asked them back to re-fit our family bathroom. The previous layout needed completely reconfiguring, and Saulius was really helpful with advising us on what was possible with the space. The tiler did a fantastic job and paid so much attention to detail. Any hiccups (as with all building work) were addressed and resolved swiftly. We're very pleased with our new bathroom.

Saulius and his team were excellent! They were punctual, reliable and friendly. We lived in our house whilst major works were carried out and they were really conscientious and hard working. The huge project was completed to time and the finished product is absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be happier. Saulius is approachable and really listens to what you want. His quote is more than fair for the quality of work his team produces and he always gave us price options for things outside of the quote so we could work out what we could afford. I genuinely missed them when the project was complete!

This was an amazingly well-run project. The Sunny Build team was fantastic from start to finish and the project made steady progress without interruption over the weeks. We are very impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship, particularly the kitchen fitting and would recommend Saulius and his team. The communication was excellent, all the snags addressed promptly and Sunny Build made all the efforts for us to be in our new kitchen at Christmas, which we were very grateful for. A huge thank you.
