We had moved house and inherited a tiled pitched roof "thatched" with moss. Alex responded quickly to quote which was half the price of another company who had mail dropped in the area. Moreover I did not want pressure washing or any biocide applied. Alex worked diligently removing all of the moss by hand scraping. He replaced FOC 2 ridge tiles which got broken in the process and left the property clean and tidy.
