Ross was absolutely brilliant! He replaced several glazed units, as well as some hinges and handles, and now my windows look and feel like new. He saved me thousands of pounds that I would have otherwise spent on getting the windows replaced entirely. He was so lovely and friendly, a real pleasure to deal with. Communication was super easy, he responded promptly to all my emails, turned up exactly when he said he would, and had the whole job done in just a couple of hours. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the service. Would highly recommend Ross to anyone needing window repairs!

Ross is the only person I would go to/recommend for anything 'windows' in Bristol. He is a breath of fresh air - communicative, punctual, friendly, affordable - the list goes on! I managed to make a burn mark in my window sill (thanks to a faulty plant propagation mat!) and emailed him, within a week it's all replaced, he and his son were in and out within an hour. Sorted!
