  The plumber who called (Jamie) was excellent. The company responded by phone very quickly and were able to attend within a couple of days. Jamie turned up spot on time and was very professional. He sorted 3 problems out very quickly and efficiently. The best thing about it was that he had all the spare parts on the van so there was no need to rebook - everything was completed during the visit. I would highly recommend the company.

  X2 Toilet leaks

  I received a call within 10 minutes of posting the job from Lee, and Jamie arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. The job was a bit tricky, as the leak wasn’t immediately visible—Jamie had to rely on a couple of videos I had taken when the issue occurred a few weeks ago. Despite that, he quickly identified the problem, replaced all the key components, and the toilets now seem to be working perfectly with no leaks apparent. A huge thank you for the prompt response and excellent service. I’ll definitely reach out again if anything else comes up.
