  Complete refurbishment of detached house roof incl 2 lead gullies + 5 chimney cowlings

  I was recommended to Terry for roof repairs/refurbishment to our 4-bed detached house in Barnet. Terry did a free-of-charge drone survey in order to quote. The photos were very good quality from all different angles & made me appreciate how much work needed to be done; repointing all the ridge and hip tiles, replacing any damaged tiles and replacing 2 lead gullies where cracks could be seen in the lead. Terry and his colleague were extremely pleasant and professional to work with and gave me options to chose from for the amount of work I wanted carried out. First class work - thank you.

  Top floor front of townhouse, complete new install

  Terry and his team were spot-on from first meeting until time they left. Felt really comfortable, benefited from Terry's expertise. Great all-round and will use them again next year for further works. Came recommended and very glad to do the same. New roof looks great.

  Flat roofs replacement

  I contacted Sullivan roofing for a quote to replace the rear roofs and after a thorough inspection and recommendation of the work to be carried out, I received a competitive quote quickly for 3 flat roofs and a tiled roof. The roofers arrived on time every day and were polite and professional. The rubbish was also cleared in a timely manner. All the gutters and down pipes were also cleaned and inspected during the work. I would highly recommend Sullivan roofing and would employ them again.

  Extension roof repair

  Terry attended my property and located the issue on my leaking roof. He quoted fairly and carried out the works in an efficient time. Sullivan roofing company made least amount of mess and cleaned up after the job. Would 100% recommend and use again.
