  From first contacting Dermot,he arrived on time,advised us on types of flooring,left sample books and date as to when he was available to carry out the work.His workmanship was first class and always kept us up to date on timescale.His attention to detail was outstanding.we would have no hesitation in recommending Sullivan Floors to anyone.   Living room floor

  Hired Dermot to do a floor in my living room. For me the subfloor was in a state after we lifted the old floor. Dermot then self smoothed the floor for us and then installed our new fishbone laminate. It was an excellent job when completed considering the amount of hard cuts in the room and Dermot carried these out to perfection. After he was finisherd he cleared up all his rubbish and left the job spotless. Will definitely be getting him back to do my flooring in the future. Fast, reliable and efficient.

  Bedroom Floor

  I wanted my bedroom floor done and knew what colour of floor I wanted but wasn't sure on what type of floor I needed. A friend of mine give me Dermots number as she had previously had work done before. I rang Dermot which he give me and date and time on which he was calling out he had a range of books with him which was helpful, I showed him the colour which I liked and he suggested a karndean floor which is absolutely perfect. Dermot give me a date in which he would start and showed up on time, he just got stuck in and tidied everything up after and brushed up which I didn't mind doing. This

  Full apartment

  Dermot fitted my whole new apartment with flooring. The quality of his work was outstanding. He is observant and conscientious and pays meticulous attention to details. I would highly recommend him and can't wait to have him back in the future. 5*
