The work was carried out on time and to a high standard. A wall which was bowing was secured, beams replaced and additional ones installed, new course of top bricks, new roof and garage door installed. Site was left clean and tidy. Now have a water tight garage, husband is very happy!

We had a new floor put in for our living room, a new lintel and a re render. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the communication from start to finish. Armin showed us progress pictures throughout his work, he was very knowledgeable and was very efficient and helpful. We had a few unforeseen issues arise during our building works, Armin communicated these with us straight away and gave us a very good price for this extra work that needed doing and still managed to complete his work within the original time scale and to a very high standard.

Sula construction came to extend and refit our bathroom; we wanted to extend the room into unused cupboard space. The whole team did a brilliant job, everything from demolition and plastering to tiling, electrics and plumbing was carried out in a cheerful and timely manner. They made sure we could use our bathroom as much as possible when the work was being done and we felt like we were dealing with real experts because they presented different solutions to us for how to fix any issues. We are really impressed with the final result and would recommend Sula Construction to anyone!

It was a pleasure to deal with Armin. Communication was prompt throughout, he answered all my questions clearly and professionally. He arrived on time to carry out the survey and sent the quote very quickly afterwards. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, and the site was kept clean and tidy throughout. Great communication, Armin more than happy to do any works and happy to add jobs that arise mid job, easy to talk to and great work ethic, will be more than happy to have him to come again if we need any more jobs that need work, have had bad experiences before but he definitely reevaluated my opinions on tradesman, I would recommend and give them praise to whoever asks me for a recommend tradesman.
