Job location: BH7Our project was a single storey extension and complete kitchen install. We spoke to a number of firms and although Sublime weren’t the cheapest quote, Mike made us feel comfortable that he would manage the build and all of the associated trades from start to finish. His tradesman were always on site at 8am and always turned up when he told us they would. Mike project managed the whole build, liaising with the kitchen supplier, plasterers, painters, chippys, sparkies, tilers and roofers. The site was always left immaculate at the end of the working day.9 Full refurbishment of 4 bedroom detached house and extension

Impressed with Mikes constant checks on our requirements and double checking before any major works started, his tradesman were excellent in their trades, polite and good fun to have around. Mike gave plenty of notice when stage payments were required and he always made sure that we were happy and satisfied with the way the job was going.
