Job location: BH23Mike heads up Sublime and is a good guy - passionate about his craft, but also about keeping clients happy - a tough gig on builds. This project was well managed and delivered with attention to detail. While Mike himself is very good, the team he’s built is arguably as good or even better. Whether it’s his direct team (who love coffee!), or subcontractors he brings in, everyone works to a high standard and wanted to do a great job for Mike and me. Jay the plasterer is an artist! Tom and Ollie are exceptional carpenters. After completion I hired Mike’s team again to redo my drive. A good team.9.67 Highly Recommended

Sublime Developments built a 35sqm ground floor extension for us which we are extremely pleased with. Mike and 'Z' always worked really hard, were very easy to work with, minimised noise and disruption where possible, left the site clean and tidy and most importantly the quality of the work is excellent. The extension is not just a 'simple box' and Mike is clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced to deal with any challenges. He is also well connected and all the additional trades (electric, heating, joiners, roofers, screed, plasterers and renderers) he brought in were first rate.Verified reviewerJob location: BH239 Solid Reliable Team

Job location: BH25I have known Mike for over 20 years and trust him to do a good job at a fair price. He came to our rescue when we needed help renovating our house and I only wish I called him sooner. A lovely family man with a solid local reputation. He's always busy with work which is a reassuring measure of the man.10 Could not recommend enough!

Job location: BH7Our project was a single storey extension and complete kitchen install. We spoke to a number of firms and although Sublime weren’t the cheapest quote, Mike made us feel comfortable that he would manage the build and all of the associated trades from start to finish. His tradesman were always on site at 8am and always turned up when he told us they would. Mike project managed the whole build, liaising with the kitchen supplier, plasterers, painters, chippys, sparkies, tilers and roofers. The site was always left immaculate at the end of the working day.9 Full refurbishment of 4 bedroom detached house and extension
