Tommy came to service our air conditioning and was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us some really good tips to maximise the air-conditioning and use the controls. He was friendly and personable, he played with our dog and we had a good chat about footballl. He spent a long time answering our questions and went out his way to go the extra mile. Sub-Cool FM came and serviced two Mitsubishi air conditioning units at our home. The units had not been serviced for a while. The two workmen were very polite and explained what they would be doing. They were with us a couple of hours and appear to have performed a thorough job. I would be happy to recommend from our experience.

Very pleased with the two units installed this week. Nick, Zach & Corey have been very professional. They are polite and very quick workers. Cleaned up after themselves better than I would have. They set up the WiFi and explained all the functions clearly. I would fully recommend them.
