2 x garage conversion, remodel of downstairs including removal of supporting walls, widening of hall and entrance and cladding to exterior. Plumbing and new bathroom refit . Toby and his employees did an exceptional job including joinery, brickwork and plastering to create two new rooms, and new plumbing to create a utility and bathroom. The workmanship was pristine, with a lot of thought going into the best approach to give us what we wanted. Toby was very helpful in providing a prompt quote for the work and happy to answer questions. The work started on time, all of his team were friendly and tidied up at the end of each day. Mr Finch came to view the job on the same day that I called him. He explained what was required, and picked up some small points that another builder had missed. This gave me confidence and I had no hesitation in accepting the quote, which was provided the same day. The work which was weather dependent, was carried out in a timely and efficient manner, and both myself and my neighbour are extremely satisfied with the end result.
