Mark was extremely professional and clearly committed to doing a good job, measuring everything carefully to make sure it was straight. I think my cat furniture request was a bit unusual but he took it in stride. Very patient with my uncertainty about where to position it (couldn't decide for sure in advance without knowing which walls were suitable for mounting). Also careful about minimising mess and tidying up after. I couldn't be happier.
