  Polycarbonate roofing

  I wanted to replace the corrugated upvc roof of my existing car port with flat polycarbonate sheeting. The steel car port frame tapered and required transverse timber joists to support the polycarbonate sheets rather than the longitudinal timbers which supported the upvc sheeting. Whilst not the cheapest quote, Scott of STS demonstrated he understood what was required much better than other other organisation and identified the material he would use and gave a fair quote for the work (having checked the price of materials). The work went to plan and cost the amount quoted.

  Structural joinery

  Scott and his team carried out a full restructure of my property from the floor joists, stud walls, window & door openings, roofing joists and external cedar cladding all to current building regulations and a high standard of work. Will continue using their services for future work, from start to finish a ease to work with, explained what needed to be done and they delivered with solid work and better solutions to some tasks.

  External Upvc Cladding

  Scott came out to visit our property and gave us a quote promptly. On this visit we were very reassured that he was competent. The work was carried out within the time frame. Scott kept us informed about times etc. He always turned up at the time stated. They cleared up at the end of every day. Once the job was completed they cleaned down everywhere and left the work area perfect. Both Scott and Jordan were very polite and extremely professional.   Wooden internal doors

  Scott completed my doors to a high standard . He fitted 7 internal doors to not to straight door frames .amazing ,,He was always polite and cheerful .. He arrived when he said he would and cleaned all mess after he’d finished .. Would definitely recommend him.

  Scott and his team have completed the work on our house to a high standard and we are delighted with the finished result. Communication was exemplary throughout, Scott and his team were always polite, hard working and cleared up after themselves each day.   Render removal & replacement | Wooden timbers & fascias replaced with composite

  STS team did a really great job. Scott's assessment of the required work was easily understandable & quote was clear. Scott, Terry & Jordan always arrived on time, were very friendly, clearly skilled & highly experienced. Work was completed to a high standard, with good attention to detail. Very tidy workers who planned & prepared the job well - plastic was put down to cover our drive from the mess of the old render being removed. Additional work was required to replace a rotten wooden lintel but this was clearly explained & priced separately. Overall, I'd highly recommend using STS
