Old structure taken down efficiently and carefully New sturdy structure designed built and erected with minimal disruption or mess at a very reasonable price. Very polite and helpful at all times. Job location: CH8Scott and the team have done an amazing job in transforming our home the work is to an exemplary standard every job is explained before carried out. Each night the house would be cleaned and tidied before they left. They really are honest,trustworthy and genuine tradesmen who take pride in their work. Nothing is to much trouble.10 Very reliable

I contracted them to carry out various types of work on a property that required various remedial works. As well as their own skilled craftsmen, they managed and directed the Electricians, Plumbers, Decorators, Scaffolders' and Groundworkers on site. We project manage each project from conception to completion with an exceptionally high standard.
Each of our loft extensions are bespoke designed and fitted including dormer, pitch dormer, light/velux, hip-to-gable, mansard and L-shaped loft conversions.
Full roof replacements, traditional or truss roofs, flat roofs, warm/cold and lanterns, joists and all carcassing, joinery first fix and second fix.
The full work is carried out by Scott Jones with his trusted network of tradesmen that are all skilled, time-served and have worked with us over many years.
Jones Joinery has evolved from Scott Jones’s 18 years in the Joinery & Building industry. With knowledge and experience on large construction sites through to total house renovations, you can trust him to develop your ideal living space into a reality.
Our Service
We provide a full consultation to discuss your ideas, followed by a site visit to view the property, review its potential and give expert advice on the best options to create the new space.
In most cases if it’s not a velux loft conversion you will need a structural survey and an architect to design your new space and staircase position, the cost of these will be included in your overall estimate.
This initial investment helps you create the extra living space you need now whilst also adding between 30-40% onto your property value.
