Overall a good experience. The team were professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout. The main work, including opening the wall and installing the doors, was completed to a good standard and the site was kept tidy. Some final finishing details felt a bit rushed, particularly around the floor threshold, but the team have been responsive in addressing this. Overall, a reliable service with solid workmanship.

The guys did a great job. They are reliable, punctual, hardworking and tidy. We went away whilst they did the work, as it is such a messy job to get done, Paul met us on the Monday morning and kept us updated with calls and pictures of the job each day. Naturally dust resettled, but we could see how hard they had worked to clean up. I would definitely recommend the guys!

The project involved removing a couple of internal supporting walls and rebuilding a support wall. We’re very pleased with the completed building project. The team was helpful, professional, and easy to work with throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, the work was completed on time, and everything was left clean and tidy at the end. We would happily recommend them.

we were trying to sell our ex rental, but the survey through up some major issues. we agreed with our buyer that we would do the works. Somnium came to the rescue. Great initial contact and helped us understand what was needed. quickly got quote out and got onto the job quickly after agreeing works, even took on additional roofing works. The main task was to replace a steel beam that was under speced and add one in for a poor chimney removal and obtain Building regs. Great communication throughout the works using a WhatsApp group, including sharing photos of progress. Very pleased with job.

After having several workman not turn up to do the job which seems to be the norm these days. I was recommended Sam’s company to do a back to brick renovation of my kitchen. Sam gave me ideas , the time scale ,itemised costs and kept me informed through out, any queries dealt will asap . I can’t praise them enough , the guys arrived on time, did full days work they were hardworking, respectful and tidy. The end result is amazing and was finished on time. I am very impressed and will be using them again for a future project. Well recommended.

From initial contact to completion, we were always kept informed in a professional and friendly manner. All questions were answered efficiently and any additional requests were reviewed and actioned without any problem. As we were also living in the residence whilst the work was being carried out, they did a great job of keeping the place as clean and tidy as possible, which we were really impressed by. Regular updates were always provided and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. Sam and the team have been 10/10 throughout and I’d highly recommend to anyone.
