    Connor was helpful from the start! We had a few issues on a Survey for a property we were buying. He visited the property with the estate agent and gave a comprehensive breakdown of the work needed and a quote, even though the work was not guaranteed as we did not yet own the property. Once we moved in, Connor was incredibly helpful, explaining (without patronising) exactly what work was to happen. The team who worked on the house were really courteous and tidy and kept us fully informed of progress. We will definitely use this company in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

    Short notice leaky roof situation

    Called Conor to come help with a slow drip from the dining room ceiling. He came to quote on the same day and his team sorted us out a a couple of days later. At the initial consult, he got us temporarily waterproof which was appreciated! Very professional, friendly service. Great job done, highly recommended

    Repair to roof around chimney stack

    Connor was very professional and responsive right from first contact on Checkatrade. He provided a detailed quotation based on the photos and video I sent him showing the water leak (in contrast to 2 other firms who responded on Checkatrade and did not show up when promised). The work was completed on the agreed date and within the estimated price. Connor's team were courteous and professional throughout the 2 days they were on site and provided him with photos/videos of the work. Connor visited before and again after the job to ensure all was to my satisfaction. Very strongly recommended.

    Chimney repair

    Our chimney required attention on many levels, Connor's team checked the overall status of the bricks and installed a very neat lead step flashing that looks very smart on our roof. The work was carried out on time and at the quoted price. Very happy, we will call them again for further works in the future.

    Thorough explanation of the works required which included showing me photographs to assist in explaining what remediation work was needed. The roof was hand brushed to remove moss so as not to damage the concrete roof tiles. The property was left clean and tidy. In addition, the company advised me of other scheduled workman who arrived at the property (I was absent at the time) and my neighbour was complimentary of the work undertaken. I was charged a fair price for the extent of the works undertaken.
